Return Policy:
Frances May will exchange or refund purchased goods within 14 days of the orders ship date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition along with the original receipt. Please indicate on the back of the receipt why said item was returned and if you would like store credit or a refund. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.
All jewelry, swimwear, and sales purchases are FINAL. Frances May reserves the right to refuse any returned item.
