Bleu de Paname started as a secret brand in 2008 by co-founders Christophe Lépine and Thomas Giorgetti. Their mission was simple: "offer updated workwear for the labour and leisure of a new generation of urbanites." Back when the label began, French workwear did not have the "cool factor" it has today, marking BDP a leader in that fashion segment. "Paname" is one of Paris' many nicknames and honors the spirit of the city and the workers.
