Frances May will celebrate its 10th anniversary next April. This is an eternity in retail, and yet here we are—still working with innovative designers, providing meaningful in-store experiences and having a clear point of view. It's taken this long for us to finally fulfill our dream of designing our own unique label: Frances May Houseline.

Houseline had been on the back burner for years, waiting until Frances May founder Pamela-Baker Miller had that magic chunk of time to give it the proper attention.  Of course, that's not how life works.  As marriages and children are added to the mix, time becomes even more fleeting, and the question becomes "If not now; when?"  Without waiting for a pause in her schedule, Baker-Miller, alongside Frances May brand director Rachel Turk, created a concise collection of six dresses.  Made sustainably in Portland from deadstock Bemberg rayon, each piece features rare, archival construction details. These are the dresses the pair felt were missing from their respective wardrobes.
