Ganni was founded in Copenhagen in 2000 by a gallerist, but the brand really gained momentum once husband and wife team Ditte Reffstrup, the label’s Creative Director, and Nicolaj Reffstrup, its CEO took over in 2009. The brand has become a worldwide sensation, representing the laid-back, cool style of Scandinavia. Their colorful, signature prints illustrate their sentiment that while they are proud of their Nordic design heritage, they are not limited by its traditional minimalist expression.
