SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:

We provide USPS Priority shipping for domestic purchases.  We provide DHL shipping for all international orders. Orders received before 12pm are shipped out the same day whenever possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends. If you would like you order faster than 3-5 business days, please select an expedited method of delivery. Feel free to call or email email us with any special request so that we can process the order in a timely fashion. For international shipping please allow 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

Frances May will exchange or refund non-sale items within 7 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Frances May will exchange or refund non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Please indicate on the Return Form why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a refund will automatically be issued. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.

International returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date to guarantee a full refund.

Gifts can be exchanged or applied as store credit.

All jewelry, underpinnings, eyewear, printed matter, swimwear and FM Vintage are FINAL SALE. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Promotional sale purchases (items purchased with a discount code) are available for exchange or store credit only. No exceptions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If there is a mistake on the part of Frances May (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. We will not, however, refund international duties or taxes.

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
